Shipping Information

Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of your payment clearing.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address including apartment/suite number.  If item is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address we will happily reship, but reshipping costs will apply. Please choose a secure shipping address.  SPB is not responsible for items that are damaged,stolen, otherwise disappear before reaching their destination in proper possession. SPB is not be responsible for any delays in shipping.  If item is marked delivered by the carrier, and you didn't receive it contact the carrier (if it's USPS contact your local USPS location).  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, always contact the carrier first before contacting us.  We do NOT issue any refunds due to shipping companies failure to meet their guaranteed shipping date/time.

Tampering with the mail is a federal offense, so if you feel this has happened please report it to your local law enforcement agency. 

Please allow a few days for your tracking number to show.  In some cases the tracking number may fail to track properly, and you will still receive your package.  In order to be able to track your package the carrier must do their part in scanning the package as it reaches destination points along it's shipping journey to its addressed destination.

We offer free shipping for purchases over 100.00 in merchandise excluding shoes as they have to be shipped separately.(This offer is good within the continental U.S. (excluding APO addresses)

At this point in our business we are only shipping within the Continental U.S. (no APO/FPO at this time) excluding Alaska & Hawaii.   We want to expand our shipping  capabilities very soon, so check back often.

Returns

All items that qualify for a return may do so for store credit or exchange.  We can not guarantee that by the time we receive your return the item/size you need will still be in stock
